Because our pieces are handcrafted in small batches, returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective. If an issue occurs, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.
Handcrafted variations in the wood grain are normal and not considered defects.

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit.
Otherwise, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
