3. Products and Handcrafted Variations

All Plain Matter pieces are handmade from solid wood. Natural variations in grain, color, and texture are normal and not considered defects. Dimensions may vary slightly due to the fabrication process.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices shown on the website are in {US Dollars}. Payment must be completed at checkout. Prices may change at any time.

5. Orders and Availability

Most items are made in small batches or made-to-order. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and offer a refund or alternative. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of error or suspicion of fraud.

6. Shipping

Shipping times depend on your location. Plain Matter is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. Custom items, sale items, and items damaged by misuse are not eligible for return. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details.

8. Exchanges
